Renewable Energy Education

Renewable energy is sustainable energy that is collected from renewable resources such as wind, sunlight, solar power, geothermal heat and much more. These natural resources are replenished at a higher rate than they are consumed. Renewable Energy is revolutionizing the energy industry as well as STEM classrooms across the globe.

CHOEDC’s Creedmoor Business Center (CBC) will offer the development and workforce skill enhancement to the future clean energy workforce. The Renewable Energy Education Program partners with NC Clean Energy Technology Center, Vance-Granville Community College and Durham Tech to provide a wide range of educational programs, interactive workshops, webinars, and classes to explore sustainable energy solutions to meet our current and future needs.
